Position: Cook

Duties of Job:

• Responsible for living conditions onboard the fishing vessel (i.e. laundry, housekeeping, etc.)
• Write order and inventory food for upcoming trips
• Provide quality "family style" meals
• Comply with Annex V MARPOL disposal of plastics and garbage at sea
• Comply with State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation sanitation requirements
• Comply with budget requirements
• Work with Marine Food Management for menu planning and galley supplies
• Keep galley and equipment clean and in good working condition

Training and Licenses: High school diploma or equivalent, Past boat experience preferred. Culinary training recommended.
