Position: Factory Foreman

Duties of Job:

• Supervise approximately seven factory workers
• Pan product to market specifications
• Responsible for all operations in the factory including but not limited to: bleeding the fish, packing, loading and unloading freezers, stacking finished product in the hold.
• Be familiar with quality control issues
• Insure good quality of product
• Responsible for the original tally of product (i.e. daily counts, size grades), which is submitted to the wheelhouse daily

Training and Licenses: High school diploma or equivalent
