Position: Processors

Duties of Job:

• Bleed fish
• Feed fish in header machines
• Proper preparation of fish products and fish byproducts
• Pan product to market specifications
• Load and unload product from freezers
• Bag and stow product in refrigerated holds

Training and Licensing: High school diploma or equivalent, no licenses required
